SOCIETY OF WOMEN ENGINEERS Tuesday, November 6, 1979 7;00 p.m. 261,263 Illihi Union Nadine called the meeting to ordir. She also reported that the Graduate Canferenee was a success. Two chairmen are needed for next years' Graduate Conference. A committee is also needed. Cindy explained about the office of Vice-President, Ascholarship committee is needed to allocate the money received from the Resume Book. The Society of Women Engineers will be co-sponsoring a road rally with the Society of Automotive Engineers on November 18. The income will be used to help build their mini-Indy car. A high school committee is needed to send information to counselors, and to decide whether or not to sponsor a high sdhool girls conference. Also, a new pamplet is needed. Sindy still needs help with Industry Advisory Board. . A new t-shirt desi;gn is needed and new shirts should be ordered. Carol Kalacinski,ottr Engineering Open House Chairman, explained the purpose of EOH and asked for volunteers to help with our display. SWE nominated Kathy Kaiser and Cindy Dahl to be Knights of St. Pat. Kathy Menael gave the Engineering Council report. Diana Martin was elected as our new Vice-President.
