The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois expresses and records its grateful appreciation of your services as an officer of this Board. In your twelve years as Treasurer of the Board of Trustees and of the University, you have had the respect and confidence of all members of the Board, past and present, and of other officers in the University Administration for your devotion to your post, for your judgment, your patience, and complete integrity in all relationships. You have served the Board and the University with distinction and with generosity of your time. The President and other administrative officers of the University desire to join the Trustees in this expression of appreciation of your service as an officer of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois. W e look forward to your continued interest in the affairs of your Alma Mater and we extend to you and Mrs. Weldon our best wishes for the years ahead.
