Funds are available in the state capital appropriations to the University for 1961-63 from the Universities Building Fund and have been released and from a matching National Institutes of Health Grant (RC-1068). Submitted herewith is a schedule of all bids received and a copy is being filed with the Secretary of the Board for record. I concur.
