President Clement reminded the Board that it has agreed to hold the November meeting in Danville to enable the Trustees to participate in the dedication of the University's Radio Telescope at the Vermilion River Observatory in the outskirts of Danville, the dedication to be sponsored jointly by the University and the Danville Chamber of Commerce. Official notice of the meeting and schedule will be sent by the Secretary. RECESS The Comptroller reported that bids on the Housing Revenue Bonds which will be issued to finance construction of the Illinois Street Residence Halls were opened at 11:00 a.m. today and are being evaluated. He asked that action on the recommendation relating to the revenue bond issue be deferred until later in the day. President Clement stated that President H e n r y has requested a recess period to give representatives of the press an opportunity to ask questions and to secure further information concerning the biennial operating budget for 1963-65 which has been approved at today's meeting. At 12:05 p.m., on motion of Mr. Dilliard, the Board recessed.
