Funds are available in the proceeds from the sale of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois, Revenue Bond Series A. Submitted herewith is a supporting memorandum from the Physical Plant Department, including a schedule of all bids received, a copy of which is being filed with the Secretary of the Board for record.
