T h e West Half ( W Vi) of the North West Quarter ( N W 14) and the N o r t h West Quarter ( N W VA) of the South West Quarter ( S W 14) all in Section Thirty Four (34) in Township Thirty (30) North Range 3 East of the Third Principal Meridian in the County of Livingston and State of Illinois, containing 120 acres, more or less. TRACT V I I . Lots 5, 6, and 7 of the Subdivision of the South East Quarter ( S E V4) and the East Half ( E 1/2) of the South West Quarter ( S W 14) of Section Twenty Nine (29) in Township Thirty (30) North Range 3 East of the Third Principal Meridian in the County of Livingston and State of Illinois, subject to the right of way of the Atcheson, Topeka & Santa Fe Railroad Co. as the same extends across said premises; also, the West Half ( W l/S) of the South West Quarter ( S W 14) of Section Twenty Nine (29) and the South East Quarter of the South East Quarter of Section Thirty (30) Except the right of way of the Chicago, Santa Fe & California Railway, together with the right of ingress and egress, and containing 219.61 acres of land, more or less; upon payment by Northern Illinois Gas Company of consideration of $400 per acre for said property, or a total of $135,884, to be paid to the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois, Northwestern University, and American Cancer Society, Illinois Division, Inc., in equal shares, to be used for the purposes specified in the will of Lizzie Oilman, deceased.
