1440 BOARD OF TRUSTEES On motion of Mr. Williamson, a new lease, on the terms indicated, was authorized by the following vote: Aye, Mr. Clement, Mr. Dilliard, Mr. Harewood, Mr. Hughes, Mr. Johnston, Mr. Pogue, Mr. Swain, Mrs. Watkins, Mr. Wilkins, Mr. Williamson; no, none; absent, Mr. Kerner. Consideration of this matter was in Executive Session at the request of the lessor on the grounds that this is in the category of a property acquisition. On motion of Mr. Swain, the Board adjourned.
