The Secretary presented the minutes of the meetings of the Board of Trustees on August 10, September 21, and October 18, 1961, press proof copies of which had previously been sent to the Board. On motion of Mrs. Watkins, the minutes were approved as printed on pages 633 to 1181, inclusive.
