1260 BOARD OF TRUSTEES Hughes, U. S. Citizen, Timothy W. Swain, U. S. Citizen, Howard W. Clement, U. S. Citizen, Richard A. Harewood, U. S. Citizen, Harold Pogue, U. S. Citizen, and Irving Dilliard, U. S. Citizen, will not have access to classified security information. The Secretary of the Board requests adoption of this supplementary declaration and that he be authorized to send certified copies to the government agencies concerned. On motion of Mr. Wilkins, the foregoing declaration was adopted by the Board without a dissenting vote. RECESS On motion of Mrs. Watkins, the Board adjourned. Immediately following adjournment the Trustees, officers of the University, and representatives of the press were guests of the officers of the First National Bank of Chicago at luncheon. A. J.
