CONTRACT FOR ELECTRICAL ALTERATIONS IN THE FORMER STEIN BUILDING (37) The Director of the Physical Plant and the Vice-President and Comptroller recommend award of a contract for $106,660 to Divane Bros. Electric Co., Chicago, the lowest bidder, for installation of lighting fixtures and receptacles in the former Stein Building a t 1143 West Congress Parkway (to be designated as the Racine Avenue Building) at Chicago Circle, subject to completion o£ the transfer of title. The work will include installation of lighting fixtures furnished by the University and the installation of receptacles and cabling in order to bring the lighting levels in this building to a satisfactory range for office and classroom use. Funds are available from an appropriation from the General Reserve approved by the Board of Trustees on April 20, 1966. 1 concur. O n m o t i o n o f M r .
