COMMENT BY MR. HOWARD W. CLEMENT ON REDUCTION OF MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT RELATING TO OFF-CAMPUS HOUSING M r . Clement, in commenting upon the item in which the Board approved a reduction in the minimum age requirement relating to off-campus housing, expressed concern that inspection of such housing by the cities of Champaign and U r b a n a be of sufficiently high quality with respect to sanitation, safety, a n d so forth. H e suggested that some analysis be given to the question by way of comparing the standards and procedures carried out by the Cities and, heretofore, by the University. T h e President replied that such a report would be forthcoming. O n motion of M r . Swain, the Board adjourned.
