ANNUAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS March 14, 1967 The annual meeting of The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held in the Illini Union North, Urbana, Illinois, on Tuesday, March 14, 1967, beginning at 10:30 a.m. President Howard W. Clement called the meeting to order and asked the Secretary to call the roll. The following members of the Board were present: Mr. Howard W. Clement, Mr. Donald R. Grimes, Mr. Ralph C. Hahn, Mr. Earl M. Hughes, Mr. Wayne A. Johnston, Mr. Theodore A. Jones, Governor Otto Kerner, Mr. Ray Page, Mr. Harold Pogue, Mr. Timothy W. Swain, Dr. James A. Weatherly. Also present were President David D. Henry; Executive VicePresident and Provost Lyle H. Lanier; Chancellor Norman A. Parker, Chicago Circle; Chancellor Joseph S. Begando, Medical Center; VicePresident Eldon Johnson; Mr. George H. Bargh, Executive Assistant to the President; Mr. C. S. Havens, Director of the Physical Plant; Mr. C. E. Flynn, Assistant to the President and Director of Public Information; Mr. James J. Costello, Legal Counsel; Mr. Glenn Terrell, Dean of Faculties, Chicago Circle; Mr. James B.
