Since W . L. The estimated total cost of the work is $27,030. Funds are available from an appropriation approved by the Board of Trustees on October 13, 1966. I concur.

On motion of Mr. Hughes, these contracts were awarded by the following vote: Aye, Mr. Clement, Mr. Dilliard, Mr. Hughes, Mr. Jones, Mr. Pogue, Mr. Swain, Mrs. Watkins, Mr. Williamson; no, none; absent, Mr. Johnston, Governor Kerner, Mr. Page.

Funds are available in state capital appropriations to the University for additions to the Power Plant and extension of utilities, and have been released. I concur.

T h e project is one of those which the Board of Trustees at its meeting on September 22, 1965, requested the Illinois Building Authority to provide. The Authority will finance construction and lease the facilities to the University for rental payments for which state appropriations are available. The University will transfer jurisdiction of the land on which the project will be constructed to the Authority. The Director of the Physical Plant and the Vice-President and Comptroller
