326 BOARD OF TRUSTEES Accordingly, the President of the University, with concurrence of appropriate administrative officers, recommends approval in principle of the transfer of title to the site as outlined above. At the time the General Assembly of Illinois adopts an Act authorizing the project and the transfer of title to the site to the State Univerties Retirement System, a formal resolution will be presented to the Board of Trustees. O n motion of Mr. Grimes, this recommendation was approved by the following vote: Aye, M r . Clement, M r . Grimes, M r . Hahn, Mr. Hughes, M r . Jones, M r . Pogue, M r . Swain, M r . Williamson; no, none; absent, Governor Ogilvie, M r . Page, D r . Weatherly. O n motion of Mr. Pogue, the Board adjourned. E A R L W . PORTER TIMOTHY W. SWAIN Secretary President LUNCHEON Guests of the Board at lunch were from the College of Nursing. They included: members of the Executive Committee, department chairmen, officers of the Student Council, class presidents, and representatives of the graduate students. PRESENTATION OF STATUETTE TO MR. WILLIAMSON Mr. Swain, on behalf of the Trustees, and President H e n r y presented a miniature of Lorado Taft's Alma Mater statue to Mr. Kenney E. Williamson in recognition of his contribution to the Board and to the University.
