AMENDMENTS O F REGULATIONS GOVERNING T H E CERTIFICATE OF CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT (3) T h e Committee on Accountancy has recommended changes in Rule 13 (complete revision) and Rule 16 (partial revision) in the University's regulations adopted by the Board of Trustees for administering the Illinois Accountancy Law, as follows: Rule 13. Scope The examination shall be in the following four subjects: Accounting Practice, Auditing, Theory of Accounts, and Commercial Law. Rule 16. Grading Scale Including the Condition

A candidate under Section 2 of the Act may acquire a condition in the subject or subjects failed if h e : (a) Passes any two subjects or Accounting Practice only; and (b) Obtains a grade of not less than 50 in each subject failed.

T h e fee for each re-examination shall be $15 for each half-day session which the candidate is required to write.
