116 BOARD OF TRUSTEES Mr. Swain announced that a meeting of the Committee on Buildings and Grounds had been called following the Board meeting. On motion of Mr. Clement, the Board adjourned. EARL W. PORTER TIMOTHY W. SWAIN Secretary LUNCHEON GUESTS President During the luncheon recess the President of the University asked University Counsel James J. Costello to introduce Mr. John W. Metzger, Associate University Counsel and Legal Counsel for the UrbanaChampaign Campus. The President also asked Chancellor Peltason to introduce the following new deans and directors of the Urbana campus, each of whom spoke briefly; Dean Joseph W. McGuire, College of Commerce and Business Administration; Dean L. M. Jones, College of Veterinary Medicine; Director Ralph E. Flexman, Institute of Aviation; Director Melvin Rothbaum, Institute of Labor and Industrial Relations; Director John Burrell, Krannert Center for the Performing Arts.
