EXTENSION OF LOAN FOR HOTT MEMORIAL CENTER (15) On March 28, 1962, the University of Illinois Foundation, at the request of the University, borrowed $137,500 to make improvements at the Hott Memorial Center. T h e loan was repayable in semiannual installments of $6,000 each, with the final installment of $32,500 on March 15, 1972. The First National Bank of Chicago has agreed to accept a payment of $6,000 on March 15, and renew the $26,500 balance of the loan for two additional years at an interest rate of 3H per cent per annum on the unpaid balance, with semiannual principal payments of $6,625. The Vice President and Comptroller recommends that the Foundation be requested to renew the loan on the above terms. I concur. O n m o t i o n of M r .
