The procedure yielded numerous clearly separated precipitin bands which were easy to count as they appeared in the form of precipitin discs rather than as overlapping arcs characteristically seen in immuno-electrophoresis in agar or polyacrylamide gels on slides. The Committee recommends that the rights of the University in this invention be released to the inventor. On motion of Mr. Swain, these recommendations were approved.
