CONVEYANCE O F TITLE TO PART OF WRIGHT TRUST FARM NO. 4 (25) T h e Illinois State Toll Highway Authority has filed a condemnation petition in the Circuit Court of DeKalb County, Illinois, to take 18.78 acres from Wright Farm No. 4 to construct a toll road. The remainder will be used to reduce the funds borrowed to acquire the Risetter Farm, which the Board of Trustees on March 18, 1970, requested the University of Illinois Foundation to purchase to replace the Wright F a r m land used for agricultural research and for the highway. The President of the University, with the concurrence of appropriate administrative officers, recommends acceptance of the offer and that the following resolution be adopted: Resolution Authorizing Contract of Sale a n d Stipulation Re.
