1974] UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS 575 DISCUSSION OF SALARY RAISE FOR THE PRESIDENT FOR 1974-75 Trustee Swain moved that the President's salary be increased from $52,500 to $55,000. This motion was approved by the following vote: Aye, Mr, Hahn, Mr. Howard, Mr, Hughes, Mr. Livingston, Mrs. Rader, Mr. Swain; no, none; absent, Dr. Bakalis, Mr. Forsyth, Mr. Neal, Mr. Steger, Governor Walker. On motion of Mr, Swain, the Board adjourned, R. C, WICKLUND EARL M, HUGHES Assistant Secretary and Clerk President LUNCHEON AND TOUR Guests of the Board at luncheon included a number of faculty and students from the Medical Center. Following the luncheon, there was a tour of the Library of the Health Sciences.
