LEASE O F BUSEY WOODS TO URBAN A PARK DISTRICT (18) A recommendation, as suggested above, was discussed by the Trustees, bringing forth questions as to the possibility of condemnation by the Urbana Park District at some future time; as well as an expressed concern that the terms of the lease might not enable the University to initiate termination easily and at a time and for a purpose convenient to the University. Accordingly, on motion of Mr. Swain, the recommendation was deferred to the May meeting to enable the administration to deal with the objections raised. DESIGNATION O F UNIVERSITY OFFICERS FOR FACILITY SECURITY CLEARANCE (19) Officials of United States governmental agencies have requested the Board of Trustees to designate by formal action the trustees and officers of the Board who do not require access to classified information and who therefore shall not have the authority and responsibility for negotiation, execution, and administration of
