358 BOARD OP TRUSTEES [September 12 The Chancellor at the Chicago Circle campus and the Vice President for Academic Development and Coordination concur in recommending the establishment of the Center. The University Senates Conference has indicated that no further Senate jurisdiction is involved. I recommend approval subject to further action by the Illinois Board of Higher Education. On motion of Mr. Livingston, this recommendation was approved. CONTRACTS FOR EDUCATIONAL SERVICES, COLLEGE OF MEDICINE (21) In several prior actions the Board of Trustees has approved contracts for educational services to assist in the expansion of the medical education programs of the College of Medicine. The Chancellor of the Medical Center has recommended that the University continue to contract for educational services on behalf of the College of Medicine in fiscal year 1973-74. It is proposed that contractual arrangements be developed between the University and educational institutions, hospitals, physician group practice organizations, health agencies, and health-related organizations as listed below to support the further development, implementation, and conduct of medical education programs: I.
