INTERIM OPERATING BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1 9 7 4 (33) In advance of both FY 1972 and FY 1973, the Board of Trustees approved the continuation of the previous year's budget into the fiscal year mentioned because legislative action upon University appropriations was not completed in time to be translated into detailed budget recommendations. In discussions earlier this year, it was envisioned that this action would become a normal process.
