(April 13, 1944) MCELHINNEY, JOHN, Special Research Associate in Physics, in the Engineering Experiment Station, beginning April 1, 1944, and continuing until further notice, at a salary at the rate of two hundred twenty dollars ($220) a month (this supersedes his previous appointment).
