MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS June 1, 1 9 4 4 With Executive Committee Meeting of May 9, 1944 And Adjourned Session of June 22, 1944 The June meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held at the University Club, 76 East Monroe Street, Chicago, at 10 o'clock a.m. on Thursday, June 1, 1944. The following members were present: President Livingston, Mr. Davis, Mr. Fornof, Mrs. Grigsby, Mr. Jensen, Mr. McKelvey, Dr. Meyer, Mr. Nickell. President Willard was present; also Mr. A. J. Janata, Assistant to the President, Mr. H. E. Cunningham, Secretary, Mr. Lloyd Morey, Comptroller, and Mr. J. F. Wright, Director of Public Information. MINUTES APPROVED The Secretary presented the minutes of the meeting of April 8, 1944. On motion of Mr. Jensen, the minutes were approved as printed on pages 915 to 940 above. 941
