MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS July 2 8 , 1 9 4 3 With Executive Committee Meeting of July 28, 1943 The July meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held at the University Club, 76 East Monroe Street, Chicago, at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, July 28, 1943. The following members were present: President Livingston, Mr. Davis, Mr. Fornof, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Nickell. President Willard was present; also Mr. A. J. Janata, Assistant to the President, Mr. H. E. Cunningham, Secretary, Mr. Lloyd Morey, Comptroller, and Mr. J. F. Wright, Director of Public Information. As there was no quorum, the Board recessed until 12:30 p.m. 435
