SERVICES OF GRADUATE SCHOLARS AND FELLOWS AS TEACHING ASSISTANTS (5) T h e Executive Faculty of the Graduate School recommends that: " W h e n requested and recommended by the major department, and approved by the Dean of the Graduate School, the holder of a scholarship (with a stipend) or a fellowship, if willing, may be allowed to teach as a graduate assistant, not exceeding one-quarter time; there will be no extra payment for such service."
