BOARD OF TRUSTEES MINUTES APPROVED

The Secretary presented the minutes of the meeting of the Board of Trustees on May 29, 1958, press proof copies of which have previously been sent to the Board. On motion of Mr. Swain, these minutes were approved as printed on pages 1235 to 1272, inclusive. BUSINESS PRESENTED BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNIVERSITY The Board took up consideration of the following reports and recommendations from the President of the University.

AWARD O F CERTIFIED PUBLIC A C C O U N T A N T CERTIFICATES ( 1 ) T h e Committee on Accountancy recommends that the certificate of Certified Public Accountant be awarded, under Section 5 of the Accountancy Act of 1943, to the following candidates who have presented evidence that they are holders of valid and unrevoked Certified Public Accountant certificates obtained by passing a standard written examination in another state or territory of the United States and who qualify in all other respects under this provision of the law: Name
