The Secretary presented the minutes of the meeting of the Board of Trustees on February 19, 1959, press proof copies of which have previously been sent to the Board. On motion of Mr. Swain, these minutes were approved as printed on pages 285 to 338, inclusive.

The Board took up consideration of the following reports and recommendations from the President of the University.
