33» BOARD OF TRUSTEES Mr. Herrick suggested that the Board hold one of its spring meetings in Urbana on a Saturday. On motion of Mr. Swain, the Board voted to hold its May meeting on Saturday, May 16, 1959, at an hour and place to be arranged by the President and Secretary of the Board. STATEMENTS BY RETIRING TRUSTEES Mr. Bissell, Mrs. Holt, and Mr. Livingston each made a brief statement expressing pleasure in having served on the Board of Trustees, Mr. Livingston since 1941, Mrs. Holt since 1947, and Mr. Bissell since 1953.
