ILLINOIS COMMISSION OF HIGHER EDUCATION

President Henry reported that the Illinois Commission of Higher Education has requested the state universities to appoint staff representatives to serve on a Committee on Joint Studies, and representatives of their governing boards to serve on a Liaison Committee. Dr. Royden Dangerfield, Associate Provost and Dean of Administration, has been designated to serve on the former Committee. President Park Livingston has been serving as delegate, and Mrs. Frances B. Watkins as alternate delegate, at meetings of the commission, and President Henry requested that they be designated as representatives on the Liaison Committee. It was the consensus of the Board that these assignments would be appropriate. On motion of Mr. Bissell the Board adjourned.
