N O V E M B E R A N D DECEMBER MEETINGS President Livingston reminded the Board that it had previously voted to hold its next two meetings in Chicago on November 19 and December 17. Mr. C. W. Weldon, Treasurer of the University, has extended an invitation on behalf of the officers of the First National Bank of Chicago to the Board of Trustees to hold its December meeting at the Bank.
