1959] U N I V E R S I T Y OF I L L I N O I S IO89 JANUARY MEETING On motion of Mrs. Watkins, the Board voted to hold its January, i960, meeting in Chicago, at the Chicago Professional Colleges, on Wednesday, January 20, i960, at an hour and place to be determined by the President and the Secretary of the Board. DELEGATION FROM REGIONAL ASSOCIATION OF SOUTH COOK-WILL COUNTY MUNICIPALITIES Mr. Karl Treen, Chairman of the Committee on Higher Education of the Regional Association of South Cook-Will County Municipalities, and nine other representatives 1 of the area appeared before the Board and made presentations in support of the "Indian Boundary" area as a site for the relocation for the University's Chicago Undergraduate Division. Mr. Treen was spokesman for the group and opened the presentation. Each of the others spoke briefly in support of this site. Copies of prepared statements from which they spoke were filed with the Secretary of the Board for record. At the conclusion of this presentation President Williamson thanked the group and stated that their presentation would be given due consideration. On motion of Mr. Swain, the Board adjourned. A. J. Owler, Superintendent of the American Brakeshoe Company; Maurino Richton, Attorney and State Representative; and Karl Treen, Insurance and Real Estate Broker.
