In addition, $1,000,000 was appropriated from the Capital Development Fund to the Capital Development Board for the Food Production and Research Facilities as shown below. All of these funds are subject to release by the governor. I recommend that the comptroller be authorized to submit requests for release to the Capital Development Board and the governor for the capital projects approved by the governor.
