(36) T h e president of the University, with the concurrence of the appropriate administrative officers, recommends the award of contracts for remodeling a fan and equipment room to provide mechanical equipment on the fourth floor of the Clinical Sciences Building, Chicago. T h e award in each case is to the low bidder. T h e work will convert the south half of the farm-equipment storage shed into labs and office space for plant pathology. The award in each case is to the low bidder.
