The base bid includes relamping and washing in 53 buildings and a specified number of hours for service calls. Calls will be undertaken as ordered by the Physical Plant Department by contract work orders charged against this project. The contract amount may be increased or reduced based on the number of service calls ordered in accord with unit prices specified in the contract documents. Funds will be included in the Chicago Physical Plant institutional funds budget authorization request to be submitted to the Board of Trustees for Fiscal Year 1989.
