The recommendations have been prepared in accord with provisions of the University of Illinois Statutes. Each campus has established formal procedures for the initiation, review, and approval of recommendations for academic promotion. The vice president for academic affairs recommends approval of the recommendations as submitted. I concur. O n m o t i o n of M r . M a d d e n , these r e c o m m e n d a t i o n s were approved.

Administrative Leaves, 1986-87

(14) In accord with the plan for administrative leaves approved by the Board of Trustees on June 20, 1973,' the president of the University and the chancellor at Chicago have recommended as appropriate such leaves for the following administrators.
