2 The State Appropriations for the fiscal year July 1, 1932-July 1, 1933. w iH he paid by the State Department of Agriculture on the salaries of the county home and farm advisers following monthly certification for salary by the Director of Extension. T h e $9 ,900 Farmers' Cooperative Demonstration Fund appropriated by the United States Department of Agriculture will be paid directly to the farm advisers through the Extension Service by the United States Treasury Office as follows: 33 farm advisers @ $300 a year $ 9 900 An additional amount of $700 is available to cover the cost of penalty envelopes for the farm and home advisers, which are purchased by the United States Department of Agriculture and shipped to Illinois for distribution 700 Total, Farmer^ Cooperative Demonstration Fund..
