HANSEN (2) A recommendation from the Acting Dean of t h e College of Liberal Arts and Sciences and the Head of the Department of History that Professor M. L. Hansen of the Department of History be given sabbatical leave of absence on one-half pay under the rules for the year 1934-3S. T h e Department will arrange to take care of his work without additional expense to the University. O n m o t i o n of M r s . H o p k i n s , t h i s l e a v e w a s g r a n t e d . LEAVE OF ABSENCE FOR PROFESSOR H. C. M. CASE (3) A report that D r . H . C. M. Case, Professor of F a r m Organization and Management, has been given approximately four months leave of absence without pay, beginning when he receives his official appointment and continuing throughout the first semester, to enable him to direct a survey for the Federal F a r m Credit Administration. Provision has been made for his University work so that this will involve no expense to the University. O n m o t i o n of M r . B a r r , t h i s action w a s confirmed.
