Galvin, H o y t Rees, Student Assistant in the Loan Department of the Library, on one-half time, for one year beginning September 1, 1933, at a cash compensation of six hundred sixty-five dollars ($665). (September 14, 1933) Glotfelty, Mrs. Irene, Clerk and Stenographer in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, for one year beginning September 1, 1933, subject to the rules of the Civil Service Commission, at a cash compensation of one thousand one hundred forty dollars ($1140) (this supersedes her previous appointment). (September 26, 1933) Grant, Mrs. Charlotte Liebtag, Assistant in Botany, on one-half time, beginning September 25, 1933, and continuing until February 1, 1934, at a cash compensation at the rate of fifty-seven dollars ($57) a month.
