For its services the bank aforesaid shall receive customary and reasonable compensation. The First Union Trust and Savings Bank may and shall take action concerning the Securities described and referred to in this agreement upon orders and instructions signed by or in the name of any officer or person duly authorized by the Board of Trustees. As to the names of persons who shall at any time be the duly authorized officers or agents of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois and duly empowered by i to act hereunder, the bank aforesaid may accept a cert tificatefiledwith i and purporting to be signed by and in the name of the t Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois by its Secretary. B E IT F U R T H E R R E S O L V E D that the officers named pursuant to said agreement are authorized to take all such action as may be necessary to carry out the intent thereof. O n motion of M r . Trees, the resolution w a s adopted and the contract was approved. O n motion of M r s . Grigsby, an appropriation of twenty-five hundred dollars ($2500) w a s m a d e from the Reserve and Contingent F u n d to pay the premium on the Treasurer's bond, by the following vote: Aye, M r . Barr, M r . Barrett, M r s . Grigsby, M r s . Hopkins, Dr. Noble, M r . Trees; no, none; absent M r . Armstrong, M r . Blair, M r . E m m e r s o n , M r s . Evans, M r . Williams. DATE OF ANNUAL MEETING O n motion of M r s . Grigsby, it w a s voted to hold the annual meeting at the n e w Medical building, in Chicago, at 10 o'clock a.m. on Tuesday, M a r c h 8, 1932. The Board adjourned.
