FINANCIAL SITUATION Mr. Trees, as Chairman of the special committee to consider the financial situation of the University, submitted a report outlining a plan of procedure presented for the consideration of the Board. Mr. Capron and Mr. Riley made statements. O n motion of Dr. Noble, further consideration of this report was deferred to a later meeting. O n motion of Mr. Armstrong, the special committee was continued. O n motion of Mr. Trees, the Board adjourned to meet at the Blackstone Hotel, in Chicago, at 10 o'clock a.m. on Saturday, February 6, 1932.
