The course includes, (a) Attendance at clinics and ward rounds, (b) operative orth paedic surgery on cadavers, (c) assistance at operations, (d) work in pathology psychiatry, general surgery, physiotherapy, neurology, serology, etc. Hours: to be arranged. Registration limited. Fee for each 4 months period, #50.00. The Staff Physicians' Extension Course in Neuropsychiatry 80. Clinical Course.—This course is designed to present methods of examination and indications for treatment. The course includes, (a) Attendance at clinics and ward rounds, (b) work in Anatomy, Physiology, Pathology, Serology, etc. Hours: to be arranged. Registration limited. Fee for each 4 months period, $50.00. The Staff This proposal is an extension of an existing policy and is along similar lines. I recommend approval. O n motion of M r s . Grigsby, these courses were authorized.

J 3 211 84 ! Balance to be paid from Physical Plant Extension Fund 1930-31 # 850 00 Approved: James M . White Supervising Architect Mr. Piatt has already been paid #7,000 in fees and #60.28 in disbursements but has rendered a statement for $11,000 in fees with additional disbursements amounting to #61.84. His services, however, have covered a building which i would cost #500,t 000 to build and no further services from him will be necessary when the wings are added. There is available in the appropriation for the building a balance of #3,211.84 (?5oo of which has already been encumbered to pay a part of Mr. Piatt's fees) and there is available in the Physical Plant Extension Fund for 1930-31 #850 for the balance. The Supervising Architect recommends that payment be made to Mr. Piatt of #4,061.84 due him, chargeable to the appropriations indicated. O n motion of M r . Armstrong, this bill w a s approved for p a y m e n t .
