MODIFICATION OF KENDRIC C. BABCOCK TRUST

(11) Dean Kendric C. Babcock wishes to supplement the trust instrument accepted by the Executive Committee for the Board of Trustees on M a y 21, 1931 (Minutes, page 235), with a waiver of his personal rights, until further notice in writing, to payments to be m a d e under the trust instrument unless such payments can be m a d e out of income. This is in order not to diminish the principal of the trust fund in case the income is insufficient to meet the stipulated payments. This waiver is in the form of a letter to the Comptroller, a signed copy of which is hereby turned over to the Secretary of the Board for filing with the original trust instrument. N o action is necessary other than the acceptance by the Board of this modification.
