MEETING O F T H E B O A R D O F T R U S T E E S OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS April 2 7 , 1931 A special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois w a s held at the Blackstone Hotel, in Chicago, at i o'clock p.m. (Chicago time) on M o n d a y , April 27, 1931, in response to the following notice sent out b y the Secretary on April 21, 1931. On the call of the President, Mr. George A. Barr, a special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois will be held at the Blackstone Hotel, in Chicago, at 1 o'clock p.m. on Monday, April 27, 1931, to consider matters connected with the legislative budget and other matters which may be presented by the committees of the Board and the President of the University, and such other business as may be duly presented. T h e following m e m b e r s were present: President Barr, M r . Barrett, M r s . Evans, M r s . Grigsby, M r s . Hopkins, D r . Noble, M r . Trees, M r . Williams.
