MEETING O F T H E B O A R D O F T R U S T E E S OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS March 11, 12, 1931 The annual meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of I l n i was held at the University, in Urbana, at io o'clock a.m. on lios Wednesday, March n , 1931. When the Board convened, the following were present: President Barr, Mr. Armstrong, Mr. Barrett, Mrs. Evans, Mr. Fisher, Mrs. Grigsby, Dr. Noble, Mr. Simpson, and Mr. Williams. President Chase was present; also, during parts of the meeting, Mr. H. S. Capron, Treasurer, Mr. Morey, Comptroller, Professor White, Supervising Architect, and Judge Johnson, Legal Counsel. MINUTES APPROVED The Secretary presented the minutes of the meeting of February 5 and 6, 1931, and of the meeting of the Executive Committee of February 5, 1931. On motion of Dr. Noble, the minutes were approved and received for record as printed on pages 149 to 179 above. 181
