ADMISSION TO THE BAR 153 a subject approved by the faculty of the School of Law. A "semester hour," as here used, means one hour per week of class room work for one-half of a year. The degree will be conferred upon the completion of the course set forth above. ADMISSION TO THE BAR Under the rules of the Supreme Court of Illinois, candidates for admission to the bar of this state must have had a high school education or its equivalent, must have completed a three years' course of study in a law school or law office, and must then pass an examination to be given by the State Board of Bar Examiners.
