HISTORY LIBRARIAN (40) By action of the Board when the Natural History Library was accepted from the Natural History Survey, i was agreed that Mr. C. E. Janvrin, Librarian, should t be paid his full salary by the University after an adjustment had been made between the University and the Natural History Survey. Our salary payments for the year for appointments like this run to August 31; those on the Survey to June 30. On account of this discrepancy, on recommendation of Director P. L. Windsor of the Library, I request an appropriation of $200 from the Reserve and Contingent Fund to pay the balance of Mr. Janvrin's salary for the months of July and August. On motion of Dr. Noble, this appropriation was made, by the following vote: A y e , President Armstrong, M r s . Busey, M r s . Evans, M r s . Grigsby, Dr. Noble, M r . Simpson; no, none; absent, M r . Barr, M r . Blair, M r . E m m e r s o n , M r . Fisher, M r . Trees.
