MEETING O F T H E B O A R D O F TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS April 10, 1929 The April meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held at the University, in Urbana, at 9 o'clock a.m. on Wednesday, April 10, 1929. W h e n the Board convened, the following members were present: President Armstrong, M r . Barr, Mrs. Busey, Mrs. Evans, M r . Fisher, Mrs. Grigsby, Mr. Simpson, Mr. Trees. President Kinley was present. MINUTES APPROVED The Secretary presented the minutes of the meeting of March ia, 1929. O n motion of M r . Trees, the third paragraph on page 143 was corrected to read as follows: O n motion of Dr. Noble, M r . A. M . Burke of Champaign was elected Treasurer of the University, for the next term of office, on proper qualification and when he furnishes a satisfactory bond. O n motion of M r . Trees, the minutes were approved, as corrected, as printed on pages 141 to 153 above. 155
