O n motion of Dr. Noble, the Supervising Architect was authorized to receive bids to be in by August 24, 1926. O n motion of Mrs. Evans, the Supervising Architect was authorized to receive bids on the construction of the second unit of the Library, to be in by August 24, 1926. A R C H I T E C T U R A L STUDIES F O R BUILDING P R O G R A M F O R 1927-29 (53) I recommend that $5000 be appropriated from the Reserve and Contingent Fund to the office of the Supervising Architect to enable him to make architectural studies of the following buildings: Addition to Lincoln Hall, Third Unit of the Library, Electrical Engineering and Materials Testing Laboratories, Home Economics Building, Men's Dormitory.
